At Mama Mimi, we bring together amazing products from trusted vendors across the country through Shopify Collective. Because we work with multiple independent brands, return policies are set by each individual vendor—so they may vary depending on what you ordered.

How It Works

  • If you’d like to return something, just email us at Mimi@MamaMimi.com with your order number and what you'd like to return.
  • We’ll get in touch with the vendor for you and send back their specific return instructions.
  • Most vendors accept returns on items that are new, unused, and unopened, but each policy is a little different.
