1. About MamaMimi

MamaMimi.com ("the Site," "we," "us," or "our") is an educational and community-support platform created to serve neurodivergent families, caregivers, and educators. Our content covers American Sign Language (ASL), sensory play, autism support, speech and communication development, AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), apraxia, deaf and hard-of-hearing support, parent education, coaching, and related community resources.

MamaMimi is operated by Mama Mimi LLC. By using this Site, you enter into a legal agreement with Mama Mimi LLC under the terms set forth below.

2. Educational Purpose Only — Not Medical or Therapeutic Advice

• •Content related to autism, sensory processing, speech delay, apraxia, AAC, or any developmental topic reflects personal experience, community knowledge, and general educational information — not clinical assessment.

• •In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately. MamaMimi is not an emergency service and cannot provide crisis support.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, submit forms, or make purchases on this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of a minor child, you accept these Terms on their behalf and take full responsibility for their use of the Site.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at mimi@mamamimi.com of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site and its content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at mimi@mamamimi.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring individual claims in small claims court. YOU AND MAMA MIMI LLC EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.

Class Action Waiver: Any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only. You may not bring claims as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

The Site is intended for use by adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
