This set of Hand Exercise Eggs have a comfortable, from-fitting, textured surface and 3 different squeeze resistances (soft, medium, firm). They can be used to build up muscle tone and strength. Perfect for hand training, physical therapy, injury rehabilitation, etc.

The Hand Exercise Eggs can be squeezed, rolled or catched to offer a wide range of muscular and motoric/reflex workouts. A perfect solution to strengthen your fingers, palms and forearms. Also great to train your joints/bones and improve the grip of your hands.

The Hand Exercise Eggs are made of a thermoplastic rubber, but do not have a strong rubbery odor and are washable in plain water.

Math- Reinforces both numbers and counting skills using the number cube with flies, allowing students to explore number-quantity relationships. 
Fine Motor- Encourages bilateral coordination by grasping the frog with one hand and feeding it with the other. 
Fine Motor- Squeezing the frog using a forefinger and thumb helps strengthen the hand muscles needed to establish a proper mature grasp for handwriting.
